For over 40 years, Start Early has been helping build the early childhood workforce in Illinois. The Professional Learning Network (PLN) at Start Early is committed to supporting the full implementation of several evidence-based models for home visitors, doulas and center-based program staff.

In collaboration with our public partner the Illinois Department of Early Childhood (IDEC) the Professional Learning Network offers high-quality professional development opportunities which are:
